Our cloud-based Client Portal is a secure area for our clients to view and download media, access upcoming bookings, and make direct contact with our team. This service is available to all of our customers free of charge and reiterates our values of efficiency.
During the COVID-19 lockdown, demand for our Client Portal system reached unprecedented levels and a decision was made to move from our in-house portal to a highly secure third-party portal system. From 01/09/2020, all new and existing clients will have access to our brand new portal system, which offers 256-bit AES encryption, full mobile and tablet access and a two-factor authentication. We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service to all our clients and feel this upgrade meets our efficiency values as well as providing additional security and privacy to all.
As valued RMC clients, your survey and inspection data, reports, images and videos can now be accessed faster than ever before. For clients who are required to work behind corporate firewalls, our new system allows you to preview your images directly through your web browser or mobile device, without the need to download. A fantastic system that we are proud to invest in.
