Envirocam is an intelligent environmental monitoring platform that combines advanced AI, human verification and automated evidence gathering to help councils and landowners tackle environmental crime more effectively.
Rather than relying solely on members of the public reporting incidents, Envirocam continuously analyses live video streams to identify potential environmental offences, including fly-tipping, littering and other forms of environmental anti-social behaviour. When a potential offence is detected, an alert is sent to our Operational Control Centre, where trained operators review the incident before any enforcement action is considered.
Once verified, Envirocam automatically compiles a comprehensive evidence package, incorporating video footage, supporting imagery and, where available, vehicle registration details from integrated ANPR cameras. This significantly reduces the time required to investigate offences while improving the quality and consistency of evidence provided to enforcement teams.
Designed for maximum flexibility, Envirocam can operate using redeployable, fixed or existing camera infrastructure. Secure connectivity via private VPN networks enables reliable communication between cameras, our Operational Control Centre and enforcement teams, providing a scalable solution for urban environments, rural locations and remote sites alike.
